向心穿刺法对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症的影响研究

The effect of centripetal puncture on the complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients

目的探究向心穿刺法对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症的影响。方法选取本院2018.1.1-2020.12.31收治的100例血液透析治疗的肾功能衰竭患者。按照随机对照的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组采取常规穿刺法,观察组采用向心穿刺法。对比两组血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)清除率、穿刺效果、穿刺成功率、动静脉内瘘并发症发生率差异。结果两组BUN、Scr清除率、穿刺效果相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组穿刺成功率大于对照组,动静脉内瘘并发症发生率小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论向心穿刺法可有效降低血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率、提高穿刺成功率,值得在临床广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of centripetal puncture on the complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with renal failure treated by hemodialysis who were admitted to our hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were selected.According to the randomized control method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional puncture and the observation group used centripetal puncture.The differences in serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr)clearance rate,puncture effect,puncture success rate,and complication rate of arteriovenous fistula were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in BUN and Scr clearance rate and puncture effect between the two groups(P>0.05);the puncture success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of arteriovenous fistula complications was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The centripetal puncture method can effectively reduce the incidence of arteriovenous fistulas in hemodialysis patients and increase the success rate of puncture.It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
