新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征实施联合疗法的效果及护理 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究对新生儿呼吸窘迫征患者,为了提高治疗效果,改善血气指标采用CPAP呼吸机、氨溴索治疗的效果以及护理。方法:本研究共60例研究对象,均为新生儿呼吸窘迫征患者,均采用CPAP呼吸机、氨溴索治疗,30例采用常规护理的患者为常规组,另30例采用综合护理的患者为研究组,所有研究对象均选自2019年4月到2010年2月。比较分析两组患者的治疗效果以及护理前后的血气指标变化情况。结果:在治疗总有效率上,研究组明显高于常规组;治疗后,在PaO2和OI上,研究组明显高于常规组,在PaCO2上,研究组明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿呼吸窘迫征患者,为了提高治疗效果,改善血气指标采用CPAP呼吸机、氨溴索治疗的效果好,配合有效的护理可以更加提高治疗的效果。 Objective:To explore the effect and nursing care of CPAP ventilator and ambroxol for neonatal patients with respiratory distress syndrome in order to improve the therapeutic effect and blood gas index.Methods:A total of 60 subjects were selected from April 2019 to February 2010,all of whom were treated with CPAP ventilator and ambroxol.30 patients receiving routine care were included in the routine group,and the other 30 patients receiving comprehensive care were included in the research group.The therapeutic effect and the changes of blood gas indexes before and after nursing were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group.After treatment,PaO2 and OI in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,while PaCO2 in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the therapeutic effect and blood gas index,CPAP ventilator and ambroxol can be used to treat newborn patients with respiratory distress syndrome.Combined with effective nursing can further improve the therapeutic effect.
