摘要
目的:探讨新生儿急救护理中应用无创呼吸机干预的效果。方法:本次研究对象共64例,是我院收治的呼吸困难新生儿,选取时间段为2018年3月-2019年3月。按照电脑随机分配原则,其中32例患者接受头罩吸氧治疗方法,视为对照组;另外32例患者接受无创呼吸机干预,视为观察组。比较观察两组患儿的治疗效果以及治疗前后血气指标变化。结果:经过治疗干预后,观察组患儿的治疗有效率显著优于对照组(96.88%VS78.13%),数据比较差异较大,且观察组患儿并发症发生率低6.25%(P<0.05);两组患儿接受治疗前动脉氧分压、血氧饱和度以及动脉血二氧化碳分压指标相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗干预后,两组相关的血气指标均得到改善,但观察组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:应用无创呼吸机干预方法,有助于提高新生儿急救治疗效果,且患儿的血气指标也能得到显著改善,应用价值较高。
Objective:to explore the effect of the application of non-invasive ventilator in the first-aid care of newborn babies.Methods:a total of 64 newborn patients with dyspnea admitted to our hospital were selected from March 2018 to March 2019.According to the principle of computer random allocation,32 patients were treated with oxygen inhalation under the hood as the control group.Another 32 patients received non-invasive ventilator intervention and were considered as the observation group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the changes of blood gas index before and after treatment were observed.Results:after therapeutic intervention,the effective rate of treatment of children in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(96.88%VS78.13%),the data were quite different,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in arterial partial pressure of oxygen,blood oxygen saturation and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment and intervention,the blood gas indexes in both groups were improved,but the results were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of non-invasive ventilator intervention method is helpful to improve the first-aid treatment effect of neonates,and the blood gas index of infants can also be significantly improved,with high application value.
