安珂真空辅助微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨安珂真空辅助乳腺微创旋切系统对乳腺良性肿块的临床治疗效果和安全性。方法:回顾性选取2017年3月至2019年2月于本院采用安珂真空辅助乳腺微创旋切系统治疗的60例乳腺良性肿块患者作为研究对象,作为研究组;另选择同期采用常规乳腺肿块切除术治疗的56例乳腺良性肿块患者为对照组。对比两组手术相关指标及恢复情况,术后1d、2d、3d的切口疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分,术后并发症发生率以及随访3个月后的病灶复发、残留情况。结果:研究组的手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量和切口愈合时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组术后1d、2d和3d的切口疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间,研究组患者的术后并发症发生率比对照组的更低(P<0.05);随访3个月后,两组肿块残留、肿块复发、未吸收的血肿及乳房变形情况均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:安珂真空辅助乳腺微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块切口小、出血量少,且术后恢复更快、疼痛感较低,具有较好的疗效和安全性。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of ENCOR vacuum assisted minimally invasive breast rotation system on benign breast masses.Methods:A total of 60 patients with benign breast masses who were treated with ENCOR vacuum assisted minimally invasive breast rotary system in the hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively enrolled as study group,while another 56 patients with benign breast masses who were treated with traditional breast mass resection during the same period were enrolled as control group.The visual analogue(VAS)score of 1 d、2d、3d postoperative incision pain,the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence and residual condition of the lesions after 3 months follow-up were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length and incision healing time in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).VAS scores at 1d,2d and 3d after surgery in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).During follow-up,The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,there were no significant differences in masses residue,recurrence,unabsorbed hematoma and breast deformation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There are advantages of ENCOR vacuum assisted minimally invasive breast rotary system in the treatment of benign breast masses such as small incision,little blood loss,faster postoperative recovery,milder pain,better curative effect and safety.
