摘要
本文重点研究一套针对10kV配电网差异化供电需求的微网可靠性管理提升措施。通过分析,配电微网的需求不同,管理成本和管理目标不同,配电微网的管理体系应从各相关电源站针对10kV部分的管理体系中充分剥离,且针对不同10kV微网的技术边界,合理分配管理资源、管理成本、管理硬件设备和管理团队,以实现对配电网微网的供电可靠性管理能力加强。
This paper focuses on a set of micro network reliability management improvement measures for 10kV distribution network differentiated power supply demand.According to the analysis,the management system of distribution microgrid should be fully separated from the management system of relevant power stations for 10kV part.According to the technical boundary of different 10kV microgrid,the management resources,management cost,management hardware equipment and management team should be reasonably allocated to achieve that the power supply reliability of distribution microgrid Management capacity is strengthened.
