介绍轨道交通用综合防护B1级电缆的材料、结构、使用环境和产品特性等,通过设计矿物绝缘材料、陶瓷化硅橡胶组成复合绝缘层,金属复合带、高阻燃隔氧层材料组成综合挡潮层,无机阻燃层、低烟无卤陶瓷型材料组成外护层,从而实现产品满足环境使用要求及综合防护性能。

This paper introduces the material,structure,service environment and product characteristics of Class B1 cable with comprehensive protection for rail transit.Through the design of composite insulation layer composed of mineral insulating material and ceramic silicone rubber,composite moisture barrier layer composed of metal composite tape and high flame retardant oxygen barrier material,and outer protective layer composed of inorganic flame retardant layer and low smoke and halogen-free ceramic material,so as to achieve the product to meet the requirements of environmental use and comprehensive protection performance.
