摘要
采用专业有限元软件ANSYS Workbench建立了三芯220 kV交流海底电缆在海水中和埋设海底敷设条件下,安装与不安装弯曲限制器时的温度场模型,得出海缆在不同条件下的载流量水平。安装弯曲限制器将使海缆的载流量有明显降低,安装弯曲限制器后再埋设于海底,海缆载流量进一步降低,并且载流量随埋设深度增加而降低,可能成为海缆载流量在全路径上的瓶颈处。利用解析法计算,将弯曲限制器看成充水的管道,也可得到与有限元法计算一致的结论。因此,海缆安装弯曲限制器后应避免较深的埋设,这一点在实际工程中应引起注意。
The temperature field models of three core 220 kV AC submarine cable with and without bend restrictors are established by using the professional finite element software ANSYS Workbench.The submarine cable ampacity under different conditions is obtained.The submarine cable ampacity will be significantly reduced after installing the bend restrictors.If buried undersea with installing bend restrictors,the submarine cable ampacity will be further reduced,and the ampacity will decrease with the increase of the buried depth,which may become the bottleneck of the submarine cable ampacity in the whole path.By using the analytical method which regard the bend restrictors as a water filled pipe,a conclusion that consistent with the finite element method can be obtained.Therefore,deep burying should be avoided after installing bend restrictors on submarine cable,which should be paid attention to in practical engineering.
