摘要
在创新驱动发展战略背景下,针对实训项目与生产实际脱节,难以调动学生学习积极性,创新意识不浓;不善于将所学的知识运用于实践中去解决实际问题,创新能力不高这一现状,依托教师工作室,采用"学赛研三维交互式"的人才培养改革,通过以师带徒,老生带新生,以点带面,师生合力,激发师生的科技创新热情和培养学生创新能力。
In the background of innovation-driven development strategy,it is difficult to mobilize students’enthusiasm for learning and lack of innovation awareness.He is not good at applying the knowledge he has learned to solve practical problems in practice,and his ability to innovate is not high.Relying on the teacher’s studio,he adopts the"three-dimensional interactive research"talent training reform,through the use of teachers and students,and old students bring new students,with the point of face,teachers and students work together to stimulate teachers and students’enthusiasm for scientific and technological innovation and cultivate students’ability to innovate.
