Exploration on the Interactive Approach Between Party Building and Student Work Management for Medical Students in Higher Colleges

高校学生党建工作和学生工作管理日益成为各类高等院校管理工作中不可忽视的重点,鉴于两者在学校的管理工作上有高度重合的方面,在诸多方面有较为亲密的联系,倘若将学生党建工作和学生工作管理紧密结合,使这两项工作更好地在学生中开展,将会更好地推动学校的校风建设和人才培养。立足于医学专业学生的党建和学生工作管理之间的关系,本文探索两者如何实现更好的互动。

Management of college students’Party construction and students work is increasingly becoming the focus of the various types of institutions of higher learning should not be neglected in the management of,given the school there is a high degree of management work of overlap between the two ways,in many ways a more intimate contact,if the students’Party construction and students work together,make the two work better in student,will be better to promote school spirit construction and talent cultivation.Based on the relationship between Party building and student work management of medical students,this paper explores how to achieve better interaction between the two.
