摘要
中国正处在社会经济产业结构的转型时期,在转型的过程中,社会市场上对人才的需求发生了重大的调整,大学生就业问题是这个过程中比较突出的问题,引起社会各界普遍又持续的关注。本文从人力资本、社会资本、专业是否对口及就业地域选择四个方面对大学毕业生起薪的影响因素进行分析。基于广东省某高校2018届大学毕业生就业情况的数据,剔除了一些无效数据之后,对7015条数据进行了描述性统计分析,使用多元Logistic回归等分析方法,实证分析人力资本、社会资本、专业是否对口及就业地域选择对大学毕业生求职起薪的影响。
China is in the transition period of social economic industrial structure.In the process of transformation,the demand for talents in the social market has undergone a major adjustment.The employment of college students is a prominent issue in this process,which has aroused widespread and sustained attention from all sectors of society.This paper analyzes the factors that influence the starting salary of college graduates from four aspects:human capital,social capital,professional match and employment region choice.Based on a university of guangdong province 2018 university graduates employment data,eliminated some invalid data,analyzing the data of 7015 are descriptive statistics,using multivariate Logistic regression analysis method,empirical analysis of human capital,social capital,the profession is wrong and geography to choose the starting salary for college graduates to apply for a job.
