“Peer Mentoring Program”--An Exploration on the Student Management Model in Higher Colleges

本文从导生制的缘起出发,引出朋辈导生制的内涵与定位,指出朋辈导生是学生工作的"导生参与"者,是日常事务的"自我管理"者,朋辈群体的"榜样引领"者,高校生涯的"自我提升"者,从而提出了"朋辈导生计划"管理模型,以期从实证角度优化高校学生管理工作,实现高校辅导员管理工作质的飞跃和量的提升。

Originated from the students’tutor system,the paper contains the connotation and orientation of"peer monitoring program",and points out that peer tutors participant in students’affair in university,who are the"self-manager"of daily affairs,and the"model leader"of peer group.Thus,in order to optimize the management of university students’affair,and realize the qualitative and quantitative improvement of the management of college counselors,the paper puts forward a management model of"peer mentoring program".
