摘要
马克思主义人才思想是马克思、恩格斯运用历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义的思想,在总结和继承已有优秀人才思想的基础上,探寻人才在社会经济发展中的价值、地位及其成长和管理规律的科学理论体系。在新时代,创新与发展马克思主义人才理论应当以坚持党管人才为原则,以优化人才发展环境和鼓励人才流动为实践路径,实行更加积极、开放、有效的人才政策。
Marxist talent thought is the thought of Marx and Engels using historical materialism and dialectical materialism.On the basis of summarizing and inheriting the thought of outstanding talents,it explores the value and status of talents in social and economic development,as well as the scientific theoretical system of their growth and management rules.In the new era,the innovation and development of Marxist talent theory should focus on adhering to the principle of the Party managing talents,implementing a more active,open and effective talent policy,encouraging and guiding the flow of talents and optimizing the environment for talent development.
