试论新疆如何迈入职业教育行业的黄金发展期

How to Enter the Golden Period of Vocational Education in Xinjiang

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把职业教育摆在了前所未有的突出位置,习近平总书记在全国职业教育工作会议上指出,要努力建设中国特色职业教育体系。随着"一带一路"建设,新疆作为"新丝绸之路经济带"的核心地带和向西发展的桥头堡,自治区党委、政府也把职业教育工作作为实现新疆经济社会发展的重要基础性工作和重点民生工程之一,给予高度重视和重点推进。那么作为中国职教体系中的新疆职业教育,如何迈入黄金发展期?从区域发展的角度,笔者主要分析西部地区职业教育对新疆发展的重要意义、新疆职业教育发展存在的问题及解决途径三个方面,并浅析新疆职业教育如何迈入整个职业教育行业的黄金发展期。

Since the 18 th Party Congress,China’s central occupation Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has placed occupation education in an unprecedented position.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national occupation education conference that we should strive to build a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.Along with the"Belt and Road"construction,Xinjiang is the core area of the"New Silk Road Economic Belt"and the bridgehead to the westward development.The Party committee and government of Xinjiang Autonomous Region also regard vocational education as an important basic work and one of the key livelihood projects to realize Xinjiang’s economic and social development,and attach great importance to and focus on promoting it.So,as the vocational education system in China,how can Xinjiang vocational education enter the golden period of development?From the perspective of regional development,the author mainly analyzes the significance of vocational education in the western region to the development of Xinjiang,the problems existing in the development of Xinjiang vocational education and the solutions,and analyzes how Xinjiang Vocational Education enters the golden development period of the whole vocational education industry.
