高职院校公共英语教师专业发展现状及路径研究——以吉安职业技术学院为例

Research on the Current Situation and Path of Professional Development of Public English Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges--A Case Study of Ji’an Polytechnic

随着高职教育的蓬勃发展,师资队伍建设成为提高职业教育质量的关键,教师专业化也已经成为教师职业发展的主要潮流和趋势,教师专业发展问题成为高等职业教育领域的重要研究课题。本文以吉安职业技术学院公共英语教师为调研对象,通过发放问卷与访谈相结合的方式对教师的专业发展状况进行调研,了解该校公共英语教师专业发展过程中存在的问题,并分析影响的因素,为新形势下优化高职公共英语教师专业化培养体系提供路径。

With the vigorous development of higher vocational education,the construction of teaching staff has become the key to improve the quality of vocational education.Teachers’professional development has also become the main trend and an important research topic in the field of higher vocational education.This paper took public English teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object,carried out on teachers’professional development through questionnaire and interview to understand the problems and the factors of influence and provide a way to optimize the professional training system of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
