摘要
以学习强国为代表的信息平台在高校党建工作中日益发挥着重要作用。精准把握高校教师的使用行为有助于提升党员管理效率、优化党建模式、促进党建工作创新发展。本研究基于半结构化访谈和扎根理论研究方法,对10位高校党员教师的访谈资料进行编码,分析得出69个初始概念、27个子范畴、9个主范畴和3个维度,厘清提炼出主范畴之间的典型关系,构建了“用户-平台-情境”综合视角下的高校教师智慧党建系统使用行为影响因素模型,并提出智慧党建系统应从内容优化、系统优化、增强粘性和强化推广等层面继续完善,对推进高校教师使用智慧党建系统提出建议。
The technology platform represented by the"Learning to Strengthen China Platform"is increasingly playing an important role in the party building work of colleges and universities.Accurately understanding the learning behavior of college teachers will help improve the management efficiency of Party members,optimize the Party construction model,and promote the innovative development of Party construction.Based on the semi-structured interview and the research method of the rooted theory,this study coded the interview data of 10 university Party members and teachers,and obtained 69 initial concepts,27 sub-categories,9 main categories and 3 dimensions.At the same time,this paper clarifies and extracts the typical relationship between the main categories,and constructs the influencing factor model of the use behavior of the intelligent Party construction system of university teachers from the comprehensive perspective of"user-platform-context".Finally,this paper proposes that the intelligent Party construction system should continue to be improved from the aspects of content optimization,system optimization,enhancing stickiness and strengthening promotion,and puts forward suggestions for promoting the use of the intelligent Party construction system by university teachers.
