疫情下“虚拟仿真与线上直播”相融合的工科实习教学创新与实践——以矿物加工工程专业生产实习为例

生产实习和毕业设计是工科类专业本科生在校学习期间不可或缺的实践教学环节,是高校培养训练学生综合运用所学理论知识分析和解决工程实际问题能力的重要载体。然而2020年以来,受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响,各大高校无法开展现场实习实践教学。作者以矿物加工工程专业生产实习为例,对疫情影响下实践教学模式的改革进行了认真思考,提出了“虚拟仿真与线上直播”相融合的工科实习新模式,对破解当前工科类大学生的生产实习和毕业设计难题给出了新方案。在授课过程中加入疫情防控“思政”元素,实现了知识传授与价值引领相结合。实践证明,新的实习教学模式实施后,学生的理论学习和线上实习积极性较高,达到了实习教学目的,起到了良好的示范和带动效应。

Graduation project and production practice play an essential role in university education,which support the cultivating students to be able to integrate the knowledge to analyze and solve the practical problems.However Since2020,affected by COVID-19,major colleges and universities cannot carry out on-site practical teaching.In production practice course for mineral engineering,for example,the authors seriously considered the reform of the practical teaching mode under the influence of COVID-19,and proposed a new engineering internship mode of"virtual simulation and online live broadcast",which successfully solved the existing problems of production practice and graduation design.Meanwhile,the epidemic prevention and control were introduced in"course politics".Thus,the combination of"knowledge and value guidance"was achieved.The practice shows that,students are more motivated for theoretical study and online internship after the implementation of the new practice teaching mode,which achieved the purpose of practice teaching and cultivating talents,and played a good demonstration and driving effect.
