摘要
随着我国加入国际工程教育认证体系,引发了全新的以工程专业认证为导向的各专业创新人才培养模式的研究和探索。文章针对以国际工程教育认证为导向的土木工程创新人才培养模式进行了相关研究,分析了当前土木工程创新人才培养的现状,指出目前存在的实际教学和人才培养实践中不符合国际工程教育认证基本理念的问题。针对所存在的问题,提出了有效解决方案和措施以契合国际工程教育认证的先进理念,并付诸于教学实践。最后论述总结了以工程专业认证为导向的土木工程创新人才培养模式,为我国土木工程创新人才培养模式提供参考。
The new innovative talent training mode based on the engineering education certification has been introduced to be studied and explored with our country entering the international engineering education certification systems.Based on the orientation of the international engineering education certification,the innovative talent training mode for civil engineering major has been studied carefully.The status of the innovative talent training mode for civil engineering major has been analyzed.The existing problems in the practical teaching and talent training,which do not correspond with the ideas of the international engineering education certification,has been pointed out.Aiming at these problems,the effective sachems and measures have been proposed to meet with the ideas of the international engineering education certification,then thrown into the teaching practice.Finally,the innovative talent training mode based on the orientation of the international engineering education certification for civil engineering major has been concluded for the reference of the innovative talent training mode for civil engineering major of our country.
