民办高校第二课堂的困境与出路——以中山大学南方学院为例

当思政教育、“第二课堂成绩单”制度在全国高校如火如荼推进之际,民办高校却在实践中遇到校方督导不力、学生浑水摸鱼、二课思政两张皮等方面问题。这些问题既与民办高校生源质量有关,更有民办高校思政体制运作僵化方面的原因。为有效根治上述弊端,中山大学南方学院以职称改革“破五唯”为突破口,积极推进以“三全育人”为核心的团委-学工-思政、校园文化-思政一二课堂全方位联动式教改,从而逐步摸索出了一条适合民办高校的思政第二课堂之路。

While the Ideological and Political Education and the"Second Class Transcript System"is in full swing in colleges and universities nationwide,private colleges and universities have encountered problems in practice,such as poor supervision by college leaders,students'fishing in troubled waters,and two skins of the"Second Class"practice and the Ideological and Political Education.These problems are not only related to the poorquality of students in private colleges and universities,but also to the rigidity of the operation of the Ideological and Political Education system in private colleges and universities.In order to effectively eradicate the above-mentioned shortcomings,Nanfang College of Sun Yat-sen University takes the"Breaking the Five Only"reform in the"System of Professional and Technical Titles"as a breakthrough and actively promotes the linkage education reform,such as the linkage of Youth League Committee(Student Affairs Department,Ideological and Political Education Institute),campus culture(First Class and Second Classes),with"Three Whole Education"as the core.And finally it finds an education method suitable for the Second Class of Ideological and Political Education in private colleges and universities.
