新文科应用型人才培养总体目标的构建与实现

新文科建设的启动对经管法类应用型人才培养提出了新要求。文章构建了基于强本固基理念的经管法类“八维一体”应用型本科人才培养总体目标,阐述了围绕总体目标党政协同育人、教学工作系统和学生工作系统协同育人的实现路径,总结了实践总体目标过程中的经验。研究与实践表明:经管法类应用型人才培养总体目标操作性强,教师和辅导员的工作方向和学生的努力方向明确,人才培养水平有效提升。

The launch of the New Comprehensive Liberal Arts initiative has raised the bar in terms of the training of application-oriented undergraduates in disciplines of economics,management,and law.In this paper,we start from a"back to the basics"concept and present an"eight-in-one"general objective for the training of application-oriented undergraduates in disciplines of economics,management,and law.We also explain how the faculty and administrative teams can collaborate to train undergraduates around the general objective,which is followed by a summing up of the experiences obtained in moving toward the general objective.The research and practice have demonstrated that the general objective is highly feasible,has clearly defined the targets to accomplish for both the teachers and counselors and the undergraduates,and has effectively improved the training performance.
