摘要
培育以工匠精神为核心的职业素养是高技能人才成长、高职教育质量提升和经济社会发展的需要。工匠精神是高职学生职业素养提升的时代内涵,文章通过对比测试法、问卷调查法及个体访谈法等维度分析了五年制高职院校培育学生工匠精神的实效性,并反思培育不足,提出精准定位,完善课程体系;因材施教,创新教学方式;主体多元,构建评价体系;专兼结合,提升教师素养;多方支持,丰富资源配置等措施增强职业素养的成效。
Craftsmanship spirit is time connotation for Improving professional quality of the higher vocational students.Through the questionnaire survey and the individual interview method,this paper,analyzes the current condition of cultivating craftsmanship spirit of the higher vocational students;and:fand out the reasons.So we propose some strategies,such as accurating positioning and perfecting curriculum system;teaching in accordance with different aptitudes and innovativing teaching methods;subject diversification and construction of evaluation system;educating people with culture and building community culture;combination of full-time and part-time and improving the quality of teachers,multi supports and enriching resource allocation and so on.In order to strengthening the effectiveness of cultivation of craftsman spirit for the higher vocational students.
