高职院校医学检验技术专业居家实验课程的探索

采用各类教学资源库、教育发展中心、全国医学检验技能大赛以及校企合作单位录制的操作视频资源、在线虚拟仿真实验教学系统、案例教学、学生利用家里可用材料模拟实物操作、直播互动等方式进行实验课程教学,探讨高职院校医学检验技术专业如何开展居家实验课程教学。教学实践表明操作视频、虚拟实验对实验教学有一定帮助,案例分析可提升学生临床思维,模拟实物操作被学生认可,在锻炼学生动手能力的同时,能激发学生的学习积极性与创造力,直播互动及时对学生的问题进行在线讲解,能及时解决学生操作过程中遇到的问题。操作视频、虚拟实验、案例分析、模拟实物操作与直播互动相结合,可作为医学检验技术专业学生居家实验课程的授课方式。

We use a variety of ways in experiment course teaching,for example,using all kinds of teaching resource,the education development center,national medical test skills contest and university-enterprise cooperation unit to record the operation of the video resources,online virtual simulation experiment teaching system,case teaching,students use available materials simulation home real operation,the live interaction,etc..The purpose is to explore medical inspection technology specialty in higher vocational colleges how to develop the experimental teaching at home.The operation video and virtual experiment are helpful to the experiment teaching.The case analysis can improve the students'clinical thinking.The simulated physical operation is accepted by the students,and it can stimulate the students'learning enthusiasm and creativity at the same time.The live broadcast interaction can explain the students'problems online in time.The combination of operation video,virtual experiment,case analysis,simulated physical operation and live broadcast interaction can be used as the teaching mode of home-based experiment course for medical laboratory technology.
