奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的效果及对患者肿瘤细胞转移发生风险的影响

Effect of oxaliplatin combined with ticagio in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and its effect on the risk of tumor cell metastasis

目的:探究为晚期胃癌患者采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥进行治疗的效果及对其肿瘤细胞转移发生风险的影响。方法:将惠州市中心人民医院博罗分院2019年5月至2020年5月收治的58例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机抽签法将其分为参照组(29例)和试验组(29例)。为参照组患者采用奥沙利铂进行治疗,为试验组患者采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后其肿瘤标志物水平的变化情况及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组患者的疾病控制率高于参照组患者,其血清癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、糖类抗原199(carbohydrate antigen199,CA199)的水平、不良反应的发生率均低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:为晚期胃癌患者采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥进行治疗的效果较好,可有效地控制其病情的进展,降低其发生肿瘤细胞转移的风险,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of oxaliplatin combined with ticagio in advanced gastric cancer patients and its influence on the risk of tumor cell metastasis.METHODS:A total of 58 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Boluo Branch of Huizhou Central People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into reference group(29 cases)and experimental group(29 cases)by random lotting.Patients in the reference group were treated with oxaliplatin,and patients in the experimental group were treated with oxaliplatin combined with ticgio.Then the clinical efficacy,changes in tumor marker levels before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the disease control rate of the trial group was higher than that of the control group,the serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen199(CA199)levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower in the trial group than those in the control group.(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Oxaliplatin combined with ticgio has a good effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients,which can effectively control the progression of the disease and reduce the ris k of tumor cell metastasis,with high safety.
