得宝松封闭联合火针疗法治疗胸背部瘢痕疙瘩的效果

The effect of diproxone closure combined with fire acupuncture in the tre atment of chest and back keloid

目的:探讨联用得宝松封闭和火针疗法对胸背部瘢痕疙瘩患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将近年内在盐山阜德医院进行治疗的165例胸背部瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分为得宝松封闭组、火针组及联合组。应用得宝松封闭疗法对得宝松封闭组患者进行治疗。应用火针疗法对火针组患者进行治疗。联用得宝松封闭和火针疗法对联合组患者进行治疗。然后,比较三组患者的治疗效果、病情的复发情况及其对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗后,联合组患者治疗的总有效率和对治疗的总满意率均高于得宝松封闭组患者和火针组患者,P<0.05。治疗后3个月、6个月内,联合组患者病情的复发率均低于得宝松封闭组患者和火针组患者,P<0.05。结论:联用得宝松封闭和火针疗法对胸背部瘢痕疙瘩患者进行治疗的效果较好,可降低其病情的复发率,提高其对治疗的满意度。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of Debosone and fire acupuncture in the treatment of patients with chest and back keloid.Methods:165 patients with chest and back keloid treated in Yanshan fude hospital in recent years were randomly divided into two groups:diboxone group,fire injection group and combined group.The patients in the Deboxone occlusion group were treated with Deboxone occlusion therapy.The patients in the fire acupuncture group were treated with fire acupuncture therapy.Patients in the combined group were treated with dibosone sealing and fire acupuncture therapy.Then,the treatment effect,the relapse of the disease and the satisfaction of the treatment of the three groups were compared.RESULTS:After treatment,the total effective rate and the total satisfaction rate of treatment in the combined group were higher than those in the diboxone group and the fire injection group(P<0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of patients in the combination group was lower than that in the Deboxone group and the fire injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of dibosone and fire acupuncture is effective in the treatment of patients with chest and back keloid,which can reduce the recurrence rate of the disease and improve the satisfaction of treatment.
