摘要
地面排矸带式输送机的驱动电机是煤矿地面生产系统中较大的电力负荷,负荷级别较高。为实现安全可靠供电,兼顾节能要求,电气设计中需要合理确定供配电系统形式、配电室的选址及平面布置等,使设备运行在经济状态,并做好防雷和接地等安全措施。现以一个设计实例为参考,探讨地面排矸带式输送机的电气设计思路和采取的有效措施。
Drive motors of dumping belt conveyor is major electric load in surface production system of coal mine,being in upper grade of load classification.For optimizing design scheme,it is necessary to collect the appropriate power supply and distribution system,the location and layout plan of substation and security protection measures,keeping system running in a condition of safety,reliability,economy and energy saving.Taking a design example as a reference,this paper discusses the electrical design ideas and effective measures of dumping belt conveyor in surface mine.
