摘要
该文以构型索引文档为核心建立了适航符合性数据体系,以"设计分配证据链""需求确认证据链"和"实施验证证据链"形成了一个闭合的数据关系回路,记录和表达适航符合性数据的内在逻辑关系。该数据体系从民机产品研制的正向过程梳理适航符合性数据,提供了从"结果管控"到"过程保证"转变的理论依据和方法建议,避免适航符合性数据遗漏、逻辑缺失和跨层级错误,有助于推进民机及系统的适航审定工作。
The airworthiness compliance data system is established with the configuration index document as the core,a closed evidence relation loop is formed by"Design Allocation Link","Requirement Confirmation Link"and"Implementation Verification Link"to record and express the inherent logic relationship of airworthiness compliance data.This data system sorts out airworthiness compliance data from the forward process of the development of civil aircraft products,provides theoretical basis and method suggestions for the transformation from"result control"to"process guarantee",avoids the omission,logic absence and cross-level errors of airworthiness compliance data,and helps promote the airworthiness certification of civil aircraft and systems.
