摘要
保密管理是一项系统工程,是一项政策性、专业性、技术性很强的管理工作。在实际管理过程中,应该高度重视"人"这一管理因素。人本管理理论突出强调"人"在管理工作中的作用,而在保密管理工作中的管理对象、管理主体、管理方式3方面,均有体现"人"这一管理因素。该文将人本管理理论与高校保密工作相结合,从管理对象、管理主体、管理方式这3方面入手,对加强高校保密管理工作进行深入研究,具有较强的实际意义。
Confidentiality management is a systematic project,and it is a policy,professional and technical management.In the actual management process,we should attach great importance to the management factor of"human".The theory of human-oriented management emphasizes the role of"human"in management,while in the confidential management,the management factors of"human"are embodied in three aspects:management object,management subject and management mode.This paper combines the theory of human-oriented management with the work of University secrecy,starting from three as;pects:management object,management subject and management mode,which has a strong reference significance for strengthening the confidentiality management of colleges and universities.
