县级融媒体中心发展及问题探析

近年来,随着新媒体领域的不断发展,媒体融合不断深化,县级融媒体中心建设成为基层媒体融合的一个新的方向。作为贴近百姓生活的基层媒体,县级融媒体中心承担着基层政策宣传、信息资讯服务等重要任务。同时,在乡村振兴战略的进程中,县级融媒体中心也发挥着凝心聚力、统一思想的重要作用。但是,县级融媒体在服务大众的同时,自身发展也面临着许多障碍,例如舆论引导力不足、人才匮乏、创新力度不够等问题都阻碍着其前进的步伐。县级融媒体如何在新媒体的发展洪流中立住脚跟,如何有效地提质增效,增强基层社会的治理效能,成为在县级融媒体中心发展中亟待解决的问题。

In recent years,with the continuous development of new media field and the deepening of media integration,the construction of county-level media center has become a new direction of grass-roots media integration.As a grassroots media close to people's life,county-level converged media center undertakes the important tasks of grassroots policy publicity and information services.At the same time,in the process of Rural Revitalization Strategy,county-level converged media center also plays an important role of cohesion and unified thinking.However,while serving the public,the county-level converged media also faces many obstacles in its own development,such as the lack of guidance of public opinion,the lack of talents,the lack of innovation and so on.How to play a neutral role in the development of new media,how to effectively improve the quality and efficiency,and how to enhance the governance efficiency of grass-roots society have become the urgent problems to be solved in the development of county-level converged media center.
