疫情防控背景下高校应急救护能力培养的探索与思考

Exploration and Thinking on the Cultivation of Emergency Rescue Ability in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Epidemic Prevention and Control

目前,全国各高校对于应急救护能力培养的探索存在着落实程度不够、对应急救护能力培养的重视程度不足、资源投入力度不大、缺乏实践性等现实问题。在新冠肺炎疫情防控背景下,该文从目前面临的现实问题入手,提出了加强应急救护宣传力度、完善应急救护培训体系、拓展多样化培训模式、依托教育资源开设培训课程等相应对策,以期为各高校推行应急救护培训提供借鉴,为政府出台相关应急救护政策提供理论参考,以进一步提升高校大学生应急救护水平,加强高校学生对生命安全的认识,并为其提供生命保障,为平安校园的建设提供依据。

Now coronavirus pneumonia is a major problem in the development of emergency rescue capability in colleges.There are still some problems in the training of emergency rescue capability,such as lack of implementation,lack of emphasis on the training of emergency rescue ability,lack of practical resources and so on.In view of the background of new crown pneumonia prevention and control,this paper mainly focuses on the practical problems that are facing at present,and puts forward the strengthening of emergency propaganda.In order to improve the emergency rescue level of college students under the background of epidemic prevention and control,further provide reference for colleges and universities to implement emergency rescue training,and provide theoretical reference for the government to issue relevant emergency rescue policies,to strengthen college students'understanding of life safety,provide life support,and provide basis for the construction of safe campus.
