线上线下混合式教学视觉下的高校教学运行管理研究

针对高校教育的"教"与"学"而言,传统教学教师占主导地位制约着学生主动选择和想象创造,利用信息化手段进行线上线下混合教学改革传统教学模式存在的问题非常重要。该文立足线上线下混合式教学未来常态化,反思当前教学运行管理模式,总结教学运行和管理上的难题,针对症结提出多方面的改革措施,实现教学运行管理工作效率的提高和科学性,以期更好地服务于师生。

In terms of"teaching"and"learning"in higher education,traditional teaching teachers play a dominant role,which restricts students'active choice and imagination creation.It is very important to reform the traditional teaching mode by using information technology to carry out online and offline hybrid teaching.Based on the future normalization of online and offline hybrid teaching,this paper reflects on the current teaching operation management mode,summarizes the problems in teaching operation and management,and puts forward various reform measures to solve the problems,so as to improve the efficiency and scientificity of teaching operation management and better serve teachers and students.
