Scientific and effective risk management is very important for the successful completion of software development projects.This paper describes the theoretical model of software project risk management,has M company as the research object,trying to explore and establish a set of risk management architecture suitable for M company.Combined with the actual situation of M company's undertaking software development projects,this paper uses AHP to carry out risk analysis and evaluation,and introduces the process of risk identification and analysis and evaluation in detail.After the research results are applied to M company,the project manager and technical director can more effectively grasp the potential risks of each stage of the project and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
