摘要
高校辅导员不仅是学校的基层管理人员,还是学生心理和思想的教育者和引导者。为了提高辅导员专业技能,加强其职业能力,稳定教师队伍,该文就高职院校辅导员专业化、职业化发展激励机制进行探究,简单阐述激励机制对于辅导员工作的重要意义,同时根据辅导员职业发展中的问题进行分析,给出相应的解决策略,以期为相关人员提供有益参考。
College counselors are not only the basic management personnel of the school,but also the educators and guides of students'psychology and thoughts.In order to improve the counselors'professional skills,strengthen their professional ability and stabilize the teaching team,this paper explores the incentive mechanism for the specialization and professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges,and briefly expounds the significance of the incentive mechanism for the counselors'work.At the same time,according to the problems of counselors'career development,the corresponding solutions are given,in order to provide useful reference for relevant personnel.
