浅谈警察初学柔道技术的基本任务与教学训练方法 被引量:1

摘要 新形势下,随着暴力犯罪不断出现,警察在处置各类违法犯罪活动中受到人身攻击和伤害的几率也在不断增加,根据公安部的统计,近年来,每年因公牺牲民警300~400多人,因公务伤残数千人,其中一部分民警就是在与犯罪嫌疑人近身对抗中牺牲和负伤的。因此,无论对基层一线公安民警还是对公安院校的在校生,加强防身自卫能力,丰富打击犯罪分子方法手段都是势在必行和紧迫的任务。 With the emergence of violent crimes in the new situation,the probability of police being injured or name calling in dealing with various kinds of criminal activities is also increasing,every year,more than 300 to 400 policemen are killed on duty,and thousands of people are injured on duty.Some of them are killed or injured in close confrontation with criminal suspects.Therefore,it is imperative and urgent to strengthen the ability of self-defense and to enrich the methods and means of combating criminals,both for the police at the grass-roots level and for the students in public security colleges and universities.
