推拿结合穴位埋线治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Massage Combined with Catgut Embedding on Acupoints in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察推拿+穴位埋线对2型糖尿病者的疗效。方法将2019年11月-2020年11月治疗的96例2型糖尿病者作为研究对象,西药组48例给予西药治疗,综合组48例给予推拿+穴位埋线治疗。比较两组疗效。结果治疗前两组血糖指标比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.819、0.167、0.612,P>0.05)。治疗后两组血糖水平较治疗前均下降,且综合组下降幅度大,差异有统计学意义(t=13.642、6.751、10.690,P<0.05)。治疗前两组脂联素、鸠尾素比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.299、0.192,P>0.05)。治疗后两组脂联素、鸠尾素均提高,且综合组提高幅度大,差异有统计学意义(t=5.169、5.546,P<0.05)。综合组不良反应(4.17%)比西药组(20.83%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.095,P<0.05)。综合组、西药组的治疗有效率分别为97.92%、81.25%,综合组有效性高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.144,P<0.05)。结论除降低2型糖尿病者血糖水平外,推拿结合穴位埋线还能使其脂联素、鸠尾素等指标得到提升,且不会造成2型糖尿病者较多不良反应,预后好。

Objective To observe the effect of massage+acupoint embedding on type 2 diabetes.Methods The 96 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated from November 2019 to November 2020 were taken as the research objects.48 patients with western medicine were treated with western medicine,and the 48 patients comprehensive group was treated with massage+acupoint embedding.Compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups before treatment(t=0.819,0.167,0.612,P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose index of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the decrease rate of the comprehensive group was large,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.642,6.751,10.690,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adiponectin and dovetail between the two groups before treatment(t=0.299,0.192,P>0.05).After treatment,both groups of adiponectin and dovetail increased,and the comprehensive group increased greatly,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.169,5.546,P<0.05).The adverse reaction of the comprehensive group(4.17%)was lower than that of the western medicine group(20.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.095,P<0.05).The therapeutic effectiveness of the comprehensive group and the western medicine group were 97.92%and 81.25%,respectively.The comprehensive group was highly effective,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.144,P<0.05).Conclusion In addition to lowering the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes,massage combined with catgut embedding at acupoint can also improve the indicators of adiponectin,dovetail,etc.,and will not cause many adverse reactions in patients with type 2 diabetes,and the prognosis is good.
