赋能教育对初治T2DM患者短期胰岛素强化治疗效果影响的回顾分析 被引量:2

Retrospective Analysis of the Effect of Empowering Education on the Effect of Short-term Intensive Insulin Therapy in Newly Treated T2DM Patients

摘要 目的观察赋能教育对初治2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素强化治疗效果影响的回顾分析。方法将在该院2019年1月-2020年12月收治的初治2型糖尿病患者50例,以随机数表法分组,选取其中的25例患者以常规健康教育为对照组,另25例则以赋能教育指导为试验组。比较两组患者对短期胰岛素强化治疗相关知识掌握情况,干预前、后对疾病的应对方式及血糖指标。结果试验组饮食方法、运动方法、遵医嘱用药、定期血糖监测、检查足底相关知识掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后在“面对、乐观、情感宣泄、依靠自我”评分较干预前提升,试验组高于对照组;而“逃避、宿命、姑息、寻求支持”评分则较干预前下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组血糖指标较干预前明显降低,其中试验组明显低且平稳于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在初治2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素强化治疗中,以赋能教育干预方法,可提升短期胰岛素强化治疗相关知识掌握、对疾病的认知、情绪控制以及自我血糖管理能力,利于血糖指标水平改善。 Objective To observe the retrospective analysis of the effects of empowerment education on the effect of short-term intensive insulin therapy in newly treated patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 50 patients with newly-treated type 2 diabetes were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and 25 patients in each group were divided into groups by random number table,25 of which were selected as normal health education as the control group,and the other 25 cases are the experiment group with empowering education guidance.The two groups of patients were compared with their knowledge of short-term intensive insulin therapy,their coping styles and blood glucose indicators before and after intervention.Results The experiment group's dietary methods,exercise methods,medication as prescribed by doctors,regular blood glucose monitoring,and plantar examinations were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-scores of"facing,optimism,emotional catharsis,and dependence on self"increased compared with that before the intervention,and the experiment group was higher than the control group;while the scores of"escaping,fatalism,palliative,and support seeking"were lower than before the intervention,and the experiment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the blood glucose indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the experiment group was significantly lower and stable than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the short-term intensive insulin therapy of newly treated patients with type 2 diabetes,empowering educational intervention methods can improve the knowledge of short-term intensive insulin therapy,understanding of the disease,emotional control,and self-glucose management ability,which is conducive to the level of blood glucose indicators improvement.
