甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法现针对2019年3月-2020年3月期间就诊于该保健室的90例2型糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,对患者采取甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗方案,观察患者治疗前后血糖、血脂及β细胞功能改善情况,并对该方案的作用机制进行分析和研究。结果治疗前空腹血糖(FBG)(12.01±3.06)mmol/L,治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)(6.16±2.04)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=15.090,P<0.05);治疗前餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)(16.25±2.62)mmol/L,治疗后餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)(8.85±2.01)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=18.368,P<0.05);治疗前糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(9.32±2.05)%,治疗后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(6.02±1.01)%,差异有统计学意义(t=13.645,P<0.05);治疗前血清总胆固醇(TC)(5.93±1.02)mmol/L,治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)(5.62±1.03)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=2.028,P<0.05);治疗前三酰甘油(TG)(3.52±1.11)mmol/L,治疗后三酰甘油(TG)(1.91±0.41)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=12.907,P<0.05);治疗后患者的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛素β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、0~10 min时胰岛素曲线下面积(AUC0-10)以及1~3 min急性胰岛素对葡萄糖的分泌反应(AIR1-3)水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.126、68.383、25.526、41.754,P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果较好,且药物作用安全,不良反应较小,值得应用和推广。 Objective To discuss the effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods The study is based on patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the health room from March 2019 to March 2020.A total of 90 patients were enrolled.The patients were treated with insulin glargine combined with acarbose.Observation of the improvement of blood glucose,blood lipids andβ-cell function of patients before and after treatment,and the mechanism of action of this program was analyzed and researched.Results Before treatment,fasting blood(FBG)(12.01±3.06)mmol/L,after treatment,fasting blood glucose(FBG)(6.16±2.04)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.090,P<0.05).2 h blood glucose(2 hPG)after the meal before treatment(2 hPG)(16.25±2.626)mmol/L,blood glucose 2 h after the treatment(2 hPG)(8.85±2.01)mmol/L after the meal,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.368,P<0.05).Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)(9.32±2.05)%before treatment,and(6.02±1.01)%Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.645,P<0.05).Serum total cholesterol(TC)before treatment(5.93±1.02)mmol/L,after treatment,serum total cholesterol(TC)(5.62±1.03)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.028,P<0.05).Triglyceride(TG)(3.52±1.11)mmol/L before treatment,and triglyceride(TG)(1.91±0.41)mmol/L after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.907,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),Pancreaticβcell function index(HOMA-β),area under the insulin curre at 0-10 min(AUC0-10)and 1-3 min acute insulin secretion respose to glucose(AIR1-3)of the patients were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=22.126,68.383,25.526,41.754,P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with acarbose has a better effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and the drug action is safe,and the adverse reactions are small.It is worthy of application and promotion.
