糖尿病合并脑梗死后遗症患者的饮食护理效果探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的对糖尿病合并脑梗死后遗症患者的饮食护理效果进行探究,旨在提升该患者机体康复水平。方法按照抽样方法对该院2017年3月-2020年3月期间收治的68例糖尿病合并脑梗死后遗症患者开展研究,按照电脑随机法进行分组:对照组、研究组,均34例,其中对照组采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上进一步强化饮食护理,比较两组护理效果,包括疾病饮食知识掌握状况、不良反应、护理满意度、生活质量等指标变化。结果护理后,研究组疾病饮食知识掌握率(91.18%)高于对照组(70.59%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.660,P=0.031);研究组不良反应发生率(8.82%)低于对照组(32.35%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.757,P=0.016);研究组护理满意度(97.06%)高于对照组(73.53%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.503,P=0.006);研究组GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.308,P=0.001)。结论对糖尿病合并脑梗死后遗症患者辅以饮食护理,可有效保证机体康复效果,提高疾病饮食知识掌握率,减少不良反应,促进护理满意度,优化生活质量。 Objective To explore the effects of diet and nursing care of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with sequelae of cerebral infarction,in order to improve the patient's physical rehabilitation level.Methods According to the sampling method,68 patients with diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction sequelae admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were studied,and grouped according to the computer randomization method:control group and study group,each with 34 cases,of which the control group took conventional nursing,the study group further strengthened diet nursing on this basis,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups,including changes in the status of disease and diet knowledge,adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction,quality of life and other indicators.Results After nursing,the rate of knowledge about disease and diet in the study group(91.18%)was higher than that of the control group(70.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.660,P=0.031);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(8.82%)was lower than the control group(32.35%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.757,P=0.016);the nursing satisfaction of the study group(97.06%)was higher than the control group(73.53%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.503,P=0.006);the GQOLI-74 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.308,P=0.001).Conclusion Supplementing dietary care for patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction sequelae can effectively ensure the recovery effect of the body,improve the knowledge rate of disease diet,reduce adverse reactions,promote nursing satisfaction,and optimize the quality of life.
