糖尿病合并创伤性骨折患者应用多样性护理方式的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Applying Multiple Nursing Methods in Diabetic Patients with Traumatic Fractures

目的研究多样性护理方式运用在糖尿病合并创伤性骨折患者中的效果。方法以随机数表法将2019年1月-2020年1月该院接诊的82例糖尿病合并创伤性骨折患者设置为对照组(41例,行常规护理)、实验组(41例,行多样性护理),对两组的血糖指标、生活质量评分、并发症情况、患者满意度进行对比。结果①护理前糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组HbA1c、2 hPG、FPG改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②护理干预后,实验组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③实验组并发症发生率(4.88%)低于对照组(26.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④在患者满意度方面,实验组(92.68%)优于对照组(70.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病合并创伤性骨折患者进行多样性护理,可改善血糖指标,减少并发症,促进骨折愈合,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of diversified nursing methods in diabetic patients with traumatic fractures.Methods Using a random number table method,82 diabetic patients with traumatic fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were set as the control group(41 cases,under routine care)and the experimental group(41 cases,performing diversified care),compared the blood glucose indicators,quality of life score,complications,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results 1.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),and fasting blood glucose(FPG)between groups(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the experimental group HbA1c,2 hPG,FPG improved better than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.After nursing intervention,the various quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The complication rate(4.88%)of the experimental group was lower than the control group(26.83%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.In terms of patient satisfaction,the experimental group(92.68%)was better than the control group(70.73%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing care for diabetic patients with traumatic fractures can improve blood glucose levels,reduce complications,promote fracture healing,and improve the quality of life.
