探讨人性化护理在糖尿病和冠心病护理中的应用效果

Discuss the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in the Nursing of Diabetes and Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究人性化护理在糖尿病和冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月-2019年2月该院收治的80例冠心病伴糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将80例冠心病伴糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例,对照组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加强人性化护理,对比两组护理后的血糖状况、心绞痛发作状况、血脂状况。结果观察组护理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的心绞痛发作次数1次、发作率2.50%、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.1±0.3)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.8±0.5)mmol/L均优于对照组护理后的心绞痛发作次数8次、发作率20.00%、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.7±0.6)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(3.6±0.4)mmol/L,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在糖尿病伴冠心病患者中,能够降低血糖,降低心绞痛发作率,在实际临床中非常值得广泛运用。

Objective To study the application effect of humanized nursing in the care of diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.The 80 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Observation group 40 cases,40 cases in the control group,the control group were treated with routine care,and the observation group were strengthened on the basis of routine nursing care,and the blood glucose status of the two groups diabetes angina pectoris,blood lipid status after nursing was compared.Results The 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose of the observation group was lower than the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting bolld glucose of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of episodes of angina pectoris after nursing care of the observation group was once,the attack rate was 2.50%,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(2.1±0.3)mmol/L,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(2.8±0.5)mmol/L were better than the control group,the number of episodes of angina pectoris after nursing care of patients was 8 times,the attack rate was 20.00%,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.7±0.6)mmol/L,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(3.6±0.4)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing can lower blood glucose and reduce the incidence of angina pectoris in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
