综合护理在糖尿病足患者中的应用及对其依从性的影响

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Diabetic Foot and Its Influence on Compliance

目的探讨综合护理在糖尿病足患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选择该院于2018年1月-2020年5月间收治的80例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,随机分组分为对照组和治疗组,比较两组糖负荷后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FPG)及依从性。结果经过不同的护理干预后,治疗组糖负荷后2 h血糖(2 h PG)以及空腹血糖(FPG)水平(12.50±1.23)、(5.13±0.74)mmol/L均低于对照组(14.48±1.59)、(6.32±0.69)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.230、7.349,P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗依从性(95.00%)优于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012)。结论糖尿病足患者经过综合护理干预后,对糖尿病足患者的血糖控制具有显著效果,有效提高患者的依从性,对患者病情恢复具有积极作用。

Objective To expolre the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of diabetic foot patients.Methods A total of 80 diabetic foot patients admitted to the hospital between January 2018 and May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Compared the 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and compliance of the two groups after glucose load.Results After different nursing interventions,2 h PG and FPG levels of the treatment group(12.50±1.23)mmol/L,(5.13±0.74)mmol/L were lower than the control group(14.48±1.59)mmol/L,(6.32±0.69)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.230,7.349,P<0.05),patients in the treatment group of the compliance(95.00%)was better than the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012).Conclusion After comprehensive nursing intervention for diabetic foot patients,it has a significant effect on the blood glucose control of diabetic foot patients,effectively improves the patient's compliance,and has a positive effect on the patient's recovery.
