摘要 目的探讨不同形式的课程思政在神经病学教学中的应用情况。方法选取2020年9—12月在神经内科见习的本科生共80名,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组在常规教学模式基础上融入文字及讲述式课程思政内容,实验组在常规教学模式基础上融入视频式课程思政内容,对比研究教学效果。结果实验组学生理论考试平均分、临床实践平均分、课堂满意度、临床思维能力以及职业热情等指标,优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规教学模式基础上融入视频式课程思政内容教学效果显著,同时也能够培养学生的临床思维,提高职业热情,值得临床学课程教学推广。 Objective To explore the application of different forms of curriculum ideology in neurology teaching.Methods A total of 80 undergraduates in the Department of Neurology from September to December 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group incorporated text on the basis of conventional teaching mode as well as the narrative course ideological and political content,the experimental group incorporated the video-based ideological and political content on the basis of the conventional teaching mode,and comparative study of teaching effects.Results The experimental group students'average scores in theoretical examinations,clinical practice average scores,classroom satisfaction,clinical thinking ability and professional enthusiasm were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the conventional teaching mode,the teaching effect of integrating the ideological and political content of the video course was significant.At the same time,it can also cultivate students'clinical thinking and improve professional enthusiasm.It is worthy of promotion of clinical course teaching.
