风险预警评估管理用于高危妊娠产妇管理中效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Risk Early Warning Assessment Management in the Management of High-risk Pregnant Women

目的探讨在实施高危妊娠产妇管理期间分析风险预警评估管理方式运用可行性。方法将该院2017年5月—2020年1月收治的52例高危妊娠产妇依据数字奇偶法分组;管理组(26例):采用风险预警评估管理方式展开疾病管理;常规组(26例):采用传统高危评分管理方式展开疾病管理;就组间管理质量评分、SDS评分、SAS评分、管理质量满意度以及工作人员满意度展开对比。结果管理组工作技能评分、掌握知识评分以及管理质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=29.358、21.490、17.081,P<0.05);管理前,管理组高危妊娠产妇SDS评分、SAS评分同常规组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.146、0.397,P>0.05);管理后,管理组高危妊娠产妇SDS评分、SAS评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.421、12.892,P<0.05);管理组高危妊娠产妇管理质量满意度(96.15%)以及工作人员满意度(92.31%)均高于常规组(61.54%、57.69%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.339,8.308,P<0.05)。结论风险预警评估管理方式有效运用,可使高危妊娠产妇管理质量、心理状态以及满意度获得显著改善,最终实现高危妊娠产妇有效预后。

Objective To explore the feasibility of analyzing risk early warning assessment management methods during the implementation of high-risk pregnancy management.Methods 52 high-risk pregnant women admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to January 2020 were grouped into groups according to the digital parity method;management group(26 cases):disease management was carried out by risk warning assessment management;routine group(26 cases):used the traditional high-risk score management method to carry out disease management;compared the management quality scores,SDS scores,SAS scores,management quality satisfaction and staff satisfaction between groups.Results The work skill score,knowledge score and management quality scores of the management group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(t=29.358,21.490,17.081,P<0.05);before management,the SDS and SAS scores of high-risk pregnant women in the management group compared with the conventional group,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.146,0.397,P>0.05);after management,the SDS score and SAS score of high-risk pregnant women in the management group were significantly lower than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.421,12.892,P<0.05);the management group's high-risk pregnancy maternal management quality satisfaction(96.15%)and staff satisfaction(92.31%)were significantly higher than those of the routine group(61.54%,57.69%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.339,8.308,P<0.05).Conclusion The effective use of risk early warning assessment management methods can significantly improve the management quality,psychological state and satisfaction of high-risk pregnant women,and ultimately achieve an effective prognosis for high-risk pregnant women.
