基于索洛函数的某医院医疗收入的影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of a Hospital's Medical Income Based on Solow Function

目的探讨某省三级医院2013—2018年间固定资产投入的增长、医疗技术水平提高及劳动投入平均增长速度,分析各项资源投入对医疗收入增长的贡献率,为医院管理者合理分配医院的资源提供数据支撑,实现资源的最大利益率。方法采用索洛函数对医院的经济运营情况进行分析。结果2013—2018年的医疗收入的平均增长速度为26.32%,固定资产的平均增长速度为27.37%,劳动力的平均增长速度为12.93%。技术水平提高和劳动投入对医疗收入的影响分别为10.50%和10.34%,固定资产投入对医疗收入增长的影响最小,为5.47%。结论技术水平进步和劳动投入是医疗收入的主要影响因素,但是技术进步的贡献率不够突出,应该进一步加强学科建设、科室人才培养,采取多种手段促进医务人员的技术水平及服务能力的提升;提升医院的管理水平,提高医院的运行效率。

Objective To explore the growth of fixed asset investment,the improvement of medical technology and the average growth rate of labor investment in a provincial tertiary hospital from 2013 to 2018,analyze the contribution rate of various resource inputs to the growth of medical income,and provide data support for the hospital administrator to allocate the resources of the hospital reasonably,and realize the maximum profit rate of the resources.Methods The Solow function was used to analyze the economic operation of the hospital.Results The average growth rate of medical income from 2013 to 2018 was 26.32%,the average growth rate of fixed assets was 27.37%,and the average growth rate of labor was 12.93%.The impact of technical improvement and labor input on medical income were 10.50%and 10.34%,respectively,and the impact of fixed asset investment on the growth of medical income was the smallest,which was 5.47%.Conclusion Technical level progress and labor input are the main influencing factors of medical income,but the contribution rate of technical progress is not outstanding enough.Discipline construction and department personnel training should be further strengthened,and various methods should be adopted to promote the improvement of medical staff's technical level and service ability,improve the management level of the hospital and improve the operating efficiency of the hospital.
