手术室护理实习生临床带教中互动沟通教学法的运用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究分析手术室护理实习生临床带教中互动沟通教学法的运用效果。方法选定2018年1月—2019年1月入该院进行手术室护理实习生70名,临床带教期间将实习生随机平均分配两组,设立参照组,带教采取常规教学方式,设立实验组,带教采取互动沟通教学方式,临床带教结束后,比较两组护理实习生手术室护理学习情况、专业技能掌握情况及教学实施效果。结果实验组实习生手术室护理学习情况、专业技能掌握情况及教学实施效果均优于参照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室护理实习生临床带教采用互动沟通教学法进行教学,能够有效提高实习生主观学习意识及自主学习能力,促进实习生养成良好学习习惯及主动思考能力,增进实习生临床护理专业性,临床教学效果良好。 Objective To study and analyze the application effect of interactive communication teaching method in clinical teaching of nursing interns in operating room.Methods 70 nursing interns who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 for operating room nursing were selected.During the clinical teaching period,the interns were randomly assigned to two groups:a reference group adopted routine teaching method;an experimental group adopted interactive communication teaching method,after the clinical teaching,compared the two groups of nursing interns in the operating room nursing learning,mastery of professional skills and teaching implementation effects.Results Nursing learning,professional skills mastery and teaching implementation effects of interns in the experimental group in the operating room were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive communication teaching method for clinical teaching of operating room nursing interns can effectively improve interns'subjective learning awareness and autonomous learning ability,promote interns to develop good learning habits and active thinking ability,and enhance interns'clinical nursing specialty,whose clinical teaching effect is good.
