摘要
目的在该研究中分析针对临床用药护理教学培训时采用类比思维情境教学法的具体应用。方法挑选2016级以及2017级全日制本科护理专业共计8个班级100名学生作为研究对象,将其分为两组,分别为实验组和对照组,其中对照组的学生采用传统教学法,而实验组采用类比思维情境教学法。利用问卷调查以及多站式综合考试成绩比较组教学质量。结果实验组学生的平均成绩和技能成绩均明显优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对护理学专业学生在进入实习之前采用类比思维情境教学法的方式,相比传统教学来说能够提升临床用药护理教学质量,可体现以学生作为主体的教学理念,提升学生在临床用药护理安全性、创新性以及动手能力、思维能力,提高学生独立思考,自主学习的综合能力。
Objective In this study,to analyze the specific application of analogy thinking situational teaching method in clinical medicine nursing teaching and training.Methods A total of eight classes of 2016 and 2017 full-time undergraduate nursing majors were selected 100 students as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The students in the control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used analogy teaching and training of thinking situation teaching method.Used questionnaire surveys and multi-stop comprehensive examination results to compare the teaching quality of the two classes.Results The average performance and skill performance of the experimental group students were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For nursing students,the analogy thinking situational teaching method before entering the internship can improve the quality of clinical medicine nursing teaching compared with traditional teaching.It can reflect the teaching concept of taking students as the main body and improve the safety,creativity and practical ability,thinking ability,improve students'comprehensive ability of independent thinking and independent learning of students in clinical medicine nursing.
