翻转课堂结合CBL在神经病学本科教学中的应用及评价 被引量:1

Application and Evaluation of Flipped Classroom Combined with CBL in Neurology Undergraduate Teaching

摘要 目的分析神经病学本科教学中翻转课堂结合CBL教学方法的应用效果。方法随机抽选2020年1—6月在齐齐哈尔医学院就学的临床医学本科生共计100名,依据入学时间将其划分为对照组(2016级)与实验组(2017级),对照组应用传统方式进行教学,实验组应用翻转课堂结合CBL教学模式进行授课,调查并比较两组学生的教学满意度与教学效果。结果实验组学生教学满意度为97.7%,其数据显著高于对照组78.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.600,P=0.005);实验组学生的理论成绩为(88.92±3.19)分,优于对照组学生的(81.72±2.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.234,P<0.001)。结论神经病学本科教学中应用翻转课堂结合CBL教学方式可提升临床医学的教学效果,满足学生对教学的期望,值得大力推荐。 Objective To analyze the application effect of flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching method in neurology undergraduate teaching.Methods A total of 100 students randomly selected from January to June 2020 in clinical medicine undergraduates studying in Qiqihar Medical College,and they were divided into a control group(class 2016)and the experimental group(class 2017)according to the time of enrollment,the control group used traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group used flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching mode for teaching.The teaching satisfaction and teaching effect of the two groups of students were investigated and compared.Results The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group students was 97.7%,the data was significantly higher than the control group 78.9%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.600,P=0.005);the experimental group students’theoretical scores were(88.92±3.19)points,which was better than the control group(81.72±2.05)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.234,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching method in neurology undergraduate teaching can improve the teaching effect of clinical medicine and meet students'expectations for teaching.It is worthy of strong recommendation.
