新时代医院融入大宣传格局方法研究

Research on the Methods of Integrating New Era Hospitals into the Publicity Pattern

树立大宣传的工作理念是习近平总书记的明确要求。对于医院来说,一方面承载着救死扶伤的社会责任,需要加强自身队伍建设,另一方面直接面对社会大众,传播新思想、引导舆论、凝心聚力也是落实总书记“必须全党动手”重要指示的应有作为。该文以南通大学附属医院近年来的实践为例,剖析工作方法、介绍特色做法,提出了强化队伍自身建设、落实意识形态责任、壮大主流思想舆论、普及核心价值理念等4个方面工作路径。实践说明,新时代医院融入大宣传格局,既是党中央的明确要求,也是提升自身建设的现实需求。必须坚持在新思想统领下,守正创新、实效推进,为新时代医药卫生体系建设提供坚实有力的思想舆论支撑。

It is a clear requirement of General Secretary Xi Jinping to establish the work concept of big propaganda.For the hospital,on the one hand,it carries the social responsibility of saving the dead and helping the wounded,and needs to strengthen its own team building.On the other hand,directly facing the public,spreading new ideas,guiding public opinion,and cohesiveness are also the implementation of the general secretary"must be done by the whole party."Important instructions should be useful.This article takes the practice of Nantong University Hospital in recent years as an example,analyzes working methods,introduces characteristic practices,and proposes four work paths including strengthening the team's self-building,implementing ideological responsibilities,strengthening mainstream thoughts and public opinion,and popularizing core values.Practice shows that the integration of new era hospitals into the big propaganda pattern is not only a clear requirement of the Party Central Committee,but also a practical need to improve its own construction.We must adhere to the leadership of the new thinking,upright innovation,and effective advancement,so as to provide solid and powerful ideological support for the construction of the medical and health system in the new era.
