血流限制有氧训练对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者生理指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Blood Flow Restriction with Aerobic Exercise to the Physiological Indicators of TypeⅡDiabetes Patients

摘要 目的探讨低强度血流限制有氧训练对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等生理指标的影响。方法将29名糖尿病患者随机分为加压组(n=13)和对照组(n=16)。两组均进行为期12周,3次/周,有氧强度为40%HRR的间歇踏车训练,训练时间为5min/次,间歇1min,重复6次。其中加压组在运动时采用袖带加压对下肢进行50%AOP的血流限制,间歇休息时加压带解压。对比两组训练前后血糖、血脂等指标的变化和差异。结果12周后,两组的FPG、HbAlc、TC、TG、FFA及加压组的LDL-C呈下降趋势,与训练前具有显著性差异(p<0.05);加压组的FPG、TC、LDL-C、FFA与对照组相比下降趋势更加明显(p<0.05);两组的HDL-C值在训练前后无明显差异(p>0.05);对照组的LDL-C训练前后变化不明显,无统计学差异(p>0.05)。结论低强度有氧踏车运动无论是否结合血流限制均可改善患者糖脂代谢水平,但是结合血流限制后对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂的改善更佳。 Objective To investigate the blood flow restriction with aerobic exercise to the blood glucose,blood lipids and other physiological indexes of typeⅡdiabetes patients.Methods Using Stratified Random Sampling,twenty-nine patients with typeⅡdiabetes were divided into BFR group(n=13)and control group(n=16).Two groups duration was 12 weeks,3 times/week,Interval treadmill training with 40%HRR aerobic intensity,the training time was 5min/time,intermission was 1min,and the training was repeated 6 times.In the BFR group,50%AOP blood flow restriction was performed on the lower extremities by cuff pressure during exercise and Intermittent rest with pressure belt decompression.Test blood glucose,blood lipids and other indicators before and after training,and compare the changes and differences between the two groups before and after training.Results After 12 weeks,FPG,HbAlc,TC,TG,FFA in the two groups and LDL-C of the BFR group showed a decreasing trend,which was significantly different from that before training(p<0.05);FPG,HbAlc,TC,FFA of the BFR group were more significantly decreased than those in the control group(p<0.05);HDL-C in both groups increased before and after training,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05);There was no significant change in LDL-C in the control group before and after training(p>0.05).Conclusion Low-intensity aerobic treadmill exercise can improve the patient's blood glucose and metabolic levels regardless of whether it is combined with blood flow restriction,but low-intensity aerobic treadmill exercise combined with blood flow restriction can improve blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with typeⅡdiabetes better.
