摘要
该文介绍了一种新型自锁油缸。这种油缸融合了液压领域的油缸自锁原理和机械设计领域的过盈联接计算方法,结构简单,锁紧可靠,能够在活塞杆的全行程范围内实现自锁,能够承受重载,实用性较强。文中还简要介绍了这种油缸的装配方法。
This treatise introduce a new type of locking cylinder.The design of this locking cylinder fused the locking principle of cylinder in the hydraulic field and the calculation method of interference coupling in the mechanical design field.This locking cylinder is simple in design,but it s very reliable.It can achieve self-locking in the full stroke of the piston rod,and it can withstand heavy load,it s practical.This treatise also introduce the assembly method of the cylinder.
