摘要
在大空间建筑半空,需布置钢结构设备检修层,用来吊挂艺术吊顶、安装配套设备及满足检修工作。因检修钢构常未参与原结构设计而在装修阶段直接施工,故存在安全隐患。为提高检修层整体稳定性,满足原结构荷载,节约施工周期,以一个剧场工程为例,在传统格栅架存在弊端基础上,讨论钢结构设备检修层设计思路,精确布置荷载,采用降低自重的空间结构体系,设计与原结构协调变形的钢架节点。
In a large space of the building,the steel structure equipment maintenance layer should be arranged to hang the art ceiling,install supporting equipment and meet the maintenance work.Because the overhauling steel structure often does not participate in the original structure design and is directly constructed in the decoration stage,there are safety risks.To improve the access layer of overall stability,meet the original structure load,save construction period,this paper takes a theater project as an example,on the basis of the disadvantages of traditional grid frame,discussing the repair layer design thinking of steel structure equipment,through accurating load,reducing weight of spatial structure system,and the design the steel frame node to coordinate with the original structure.
