摘要
软土地区既有建筑物加固改造工程勘察,需在收集既有建筑物结构及基础加固改造设计详细资料的基础上,进一步查清场地岩土层的分布情况及其工程性质。该工程实例通过槽探、钻探、物探、原位测试及土工试验等综合勘察手段,确定地基土性质,并通过地基承载力试验确定基础设计参数。根据勘察数据成果,结合场地施工限制条件、施工工艺及施工工期等因素对基础加固改造方案进行合理分析,提出适宜的基础加固方案建议。
In the investigation of the reinforcement and renovation engineering of the existing buildings in soft soil area,it is necessary to further investigate the distribution of the geotechnical layer and its engineering properties on the basis of collecting the detailed data of the structure and foundation reinforcement and renovation design of the existing buildings.In this project,the properties of foundation soil are determined by means of comprehensive investigation,such as trench exploration,drilling,geophysical exploration,in-situ test and geotechnical test,and the design parameters of foundation are determined by foundation bearing capacity test.According to the survey data results,combined with the site construction restrictions,construction technology and construction period and other factors,the foundation reinforcement plan is analyzed reasonably,and the appropriate foundation reinforcement plan suggestions are put forward.
